- Example: The last four digits of John X. Smith's SSN is 1234. His Login ID would be jxs1234.
Your PIN must be six numbers. We recommend you use your date of birth (mmddyy).
- Example: John Smith's birth date is January 4, 1994; his PIN would be 010494.
